This past Friday night, St. Thomas Greek Orthodox Church hosted a lively fundraiser in support of its youth ministries. The event, aptly named “Bingo, Bags, Baklava, and Bling,” brought together women from the community and surrounding area for an evening of games, prizes, and laughter.
Guests entered the church hall and were greeted with tables full of designer handbags and jewelry—the main prizes of the night. With raffle tickets in hand, attendees browsed the displayed items, dropping their entries in hopes of hearing their name called.
Throughout the evening, raffles and bingo rounds kept the energy high, as winners were announced and awarded their stylish prizes. Light appetizers and sweets, including the beloved baklava, were served at each table, adding to the festive atmosphere.
It was an evening of fun and fellowship—all for a good cause.
