Media, PA – Our Greek kids do it all, from dancing, singing and painting. The artistic list is endless. The Greek Orthodox Metropolis of New Jersey hosted it’s annual Sights and Sounds Youth festival at St. George Greek Orthodox church. The annual event brings together the Greek Orthodox church GOYA’s through the arts. The one day affair awards medals and recognizes that extraordinary talent of it’s youth by awarding ribbons for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.
Many of the kids have been participating for years and claim it to be their favorite event to participate in. With such a variety of categories and areas to participate in, it’s no wonder.
