Upper Darby, PA – There was plenty action and entertainment on Thursday night as the first round of the PGBL playoffs took place. The St. Demetrios dancers, “Pegasus” put on a show between the two big games while fans enjoyed a slice of Spanakopita.

The Sixers faced against Revolution reminding us why they are still the champs. They showed up in full force completely dominating the Revolution.

In game two, Rip City surprised the Kings in the first half by jumping out to a ten point lead. The Kings closed the gap to 1 by halftime and then had a 9-1 run to start the second half. They held off Rip City and advanced to the finals this Thursday.

Next weeks game action will again have a half time performance. The Pan-Macedonian dancers will be in the house, entertaining the crowd between what promises to be some of the best basketball competition of the year.
