Cherry Hill, NJ – The Saint Thomas Hellenic School PTO held its 25th annual fundraiser dinner dance on Saturday evening. The Greek school was established 90 years ago, even before the St. Thomas Greek Orthodox Church was founded. Classes were originally conducted in the city of Camden where the school began.
Today, about 150 students participate at the St. Thomas Greek School. On Saturday evening, the Daniel Kousoulis Center was packed with spectators. They watched dance performances by students from kindergarten through sixth grade.
Following the performances, a ceremony was held in which Father Christoforos recognized former church members for their contributions. Afterward, dinner and dancing were enjoyed by all.
