On Monday, December 8, 2025, the Metropolitan Club in New York City will host the 27th Annual Capital Link Invest in Greece Forum. The gathering will bring together senior government officials, international investors, and leaders from the Greek and Greek-American business community. This year’s theme, Building on Success: Unlocking Greece’s Investment Potential, will highlight the country’s economic progress and the opportunities emerging across major sectors.
Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis is expected to open the forum with a webcast message on Greece’s ongoing reforms and the country’s efforts to strengthen competitiveness. His remarks will set the tone for a full day shaped by economists, policymakers, and executives from Greece, Europe, and the United States.
A Program Focused on Growth and Stability
The morning will begin with a session on Greece’s economic renaissance, featuring representatives from the Recovery and Resilience Facility, Goldman Sachs, and the European Stability Mechanism. Their discussion will look at resilience, recovery, and the factors driving Greece’s current momentum.
A parallel panel will explore tax administration and how recent changes may affect investors and members of the Greek diaspora. Speakers will include George Pitsilis of the Independent Authority for Public Revenue, Eftihia Pylarinou Piper of the Hellenic American Chamber of Commerce, and tax experts from EY Greece.
Other morning sessions will analyze M&A activity, capital markets, infrastructure development, and the role of institutional investors. Executives from Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, BNP Paribas, LAMDA Development, PPC, and Hill International will share updates on major projects and their view of the year ahead.

Another highlight will be a presentation from LAMDA Development CEO Odisseas Athanasiou on the Ellinikon project and its long-term impact on Athens.

The afternoon will shift to Greece’s banking sector. Senior leaders from Alpha Bank, Eurobank, CrediaBank, and the National Bank of Greece will discuss the next chapter for Greek banks and the factors shaping investor confidence. The program will also feature one-on-one conversations with Greek and U.S. government officials on the U.S. Greece Joint Declaration and Greece’s role in global connectivity and transportation. Closing remarks will be delivered by Minister of Labour Niki Kerameus, who will speak about Greece’s sharp drop in unemployment and the country’s overall transformation in recent years.
Evening Dinner and Honorees
The event will conclude with an evening dinner, where Greece’s Ambassador to the United States, Ekaterini Nassika, will offer welcome remarks. The 2025 honorees will be Dean Dakolias of Fortress Investment Group and Achilles V. Constantakopoulos of TEMES S.A., both recognized for their contributions to investment and development in Greece.
