The Greek Orthodox Metropolis of New Jersey will hold its 2026 Delaware Valley Region Ambassador Awards Banquet on Sunday, November 8, at Adelphia in Deptford, New Jersey. Parishioners wishing to attend have until Friday, October 23, to reserve tickets through their local churches.

Archbishop Elpidophoros of America has extended the invitation for the annual banquet, which recognizes individuals who serve Greek Orthodox parishes throughout the Delaware Valley.

The awards have traditionally honored parishioners involved in community service, Philoptochos, church music, and youth programs. At the 2024 banquet, more than 30 Greek Orthodox Youth of America (GOYA) members were also recognized as Ambassadors of Faith, Hope, Love, and Peace.

The gathering marked its 15th year in 2025, recognizing both longtime parish volunteers and younger members involved in church life.
