The Federation of Sterea Hellas U.S.A. and Canada will celebrate its 80th anniversary in South Jersey from November 13 to 15, 2026, with a Greek night in Deptford and a dinner banquet in Cinnaminson. Its 70th National Convention is being hosted by the Nafpaktian and Perihora Society of Cherry Hill.
Friday, October 16, is the registration deadline for delegates, the Philadelphia tour, and the convention hotel rate.
The weekend begins November 13 with Neolea NextGen Greek Night at Adelphia Restaurant, 1750 Clements Bridge Road in Deptford. Doors open at 9:00 p.m., with music by DJ Pound. Admission is $25, and the bar is cash only.
On Saturday, November 14, the anniversary dinner banquet will take place at The Merion, 1301 Route 130 in Cinnaminson. Doors open at 7:00 p.m. for a cocktail hour, followed by dinner and dancing.
The Apollonia Band will perform with guest singer Nikos Vlachodimos from Greece, vocalists Maria Pearce and George Tsilimekis, and clarinetist Kostas Triantafillou.
Banquet tickets cost $130 for adults, including dinner and an open bar, and $100 for guests ages 13–20. Children 12 and younger attend free. Advance reservations are recommended, although a limited number of tickets will be available at the door.
A Philadelphia tour is also scheduled for Saturday, departing from the convention hotel at 12:30 p.m. and returning around 4:30 p.m. Tickets cost $75 per person. Delegate meetings will take place Saturday and Sunday at St. Thomas Greek Orthodox Church in Cherry Hill.
The published convention rate at the DoubleTree Suites by Hilton in Mount Laurel is $178 per night, excluding taxes. Reservations can be made by calling (856) 778-8999 and requesting the Nafpaktian Society group code 920.
