Broomall, PA – Andreas Bouikidis served in the Greek military and came to the US to seek out a better life and to be part of the Greek-American experience. He is a devoted family and church member and has distinguished himself by leading the efforts to recognize the Macedonian issue both here in the US and in Greece. He is also well known for his efforts to organize the first and continuing international conferences for the Macedonian international community, which does meet every year in a different city in the US and every four years in Greece.
His interview focused on his military service in Greece, the efforts within the Macedonian Society and his stern belief and pride, about how this community evolved and can move forward.
