Upper Darby, PA. The Pontian Society “Akritai” of Philadelphia will host their Apokriatiko Dinner Dance on Saturday, March 1, 2014.
The evening will feature live music with Christos Tiktapanidis on lyra, Evangelos Poneris on daouli, and Vasilis Ikonomou. Local Greek band Seizmos will also perform.
A special highlight of the night will be a performance by the Pontian Society Dance Group, presenting “Ta Momogeria.” Guests are encouraged to join in the spirit of the season and come in carnival costumes.
A full buffet dinner will be served.
