2014 St. George Greek Orthodox Cathedral Dinner Dance

Philadelphia, PA – A Night of Dance and Community at St. George Cathedral

They danced well into the night at St. George Greek Orthodox Cathedral, where the annual dinner dance once again brought together members of the Philadelphia Greek community and friends from across the region. Held in honor of the Feast of St. George, the evening was filled with music, food, and kefi—a celebration of faith, tradition, and togetherness.

The event wasn’t just about celebration. All proceeds from the dinner dance will go toward sustaining and restoring St. George Cathedral, the oldest Greek Orthodox church in the Philadelphia area and a vital landmark of the city’s Greek-American heritage.

With each step on the dance floor and each toast shared at the table, the community honored both its patron saint and its commitment to preserving the legacy of St. George for generations to come.
