Deptford, NJ – The Greek community packed Adelphia Restaurant on Saturday night for another high-energy “Greek Night,” headlined by singer Yianni Papastefanou and his orchestra.
Papastefanou is no stranger to the Philadelphia area. He has performed here many times over the years, including appearances at the legendary Diamond Diner, a South Jersey hotspot that was a staple of Greek nightlife throughout the ’80s and ’90s.
At Adelphia, the mix of classical and modern Greek music had the crowd on its feet all night. The late-night gathering brought together Greeks from across the Delaware Valley, turning the restaurant into a familiar meeting place for friends, families, and longtime community faces.
