St. Thomas Agora, Under The Big Top Greek Festival

Cherry Hill, NJSt. Thomas Greek Orthodox Church will host its 42nd annual “Agora” Greek Festival from October 8 to 11, 2015. Come out to the area’s biggest Greek festival and share a shot of ouzo. Stroll through the famous Agora and take a trip back to Greece, where it all began. Learn Greek folk dancing from parishioners and enjoy the cuisine Greece is known for — from lamb platters to gyro sandwiches and everything in between, all authentic and served hot.

For those with a sweet tooth, the festival offers traditional Greek pastries made especially for this annual celebration. Sip a Greek coffee, savor a slice of homemade baklava, and then hit the dance floor. The area’s premier band, Atlantis of Philadelphia, will perform live Greek music at the Greek Taverna night club.

It’s the largest Greek festival in South Jersey, held rain or shine, with plenty of free parking.
