The battle for first place in the Greek Orthodox Youth Basketball League took center stage as Evangelismos of Bustleton Avenue (Philadelphia) faced off against Holy Trinity of Egg Harbor. With both the girls’ and boys’ teams tied at the top of the standings, the gym was buzzing with energy for this much-anticipated doubleheader.
GIRLS GAME
Heading into Week 8, two top-tier teams were on a collision course. Holy Trinity—experienced and well-coached—took on the physically dominant “Big Girls from the Boulevard” of Evangelismos. BOYS GAME
