Cherry Hill, NJ – October means AHEPA initiation month. At least it seems that way here in Philadelphia. For the last few years, Camden chapter #69 of District 5 has hosted an annual event that brings together chapters from all over the Delaware Valley and North Jersey.
From Districts 4 and 5 nearly 75 members attended a mass AHEPA initiation for some 15 new members at the AHEPA room at St. Thomas Greek Orthodox church. Supreme President of the order of AHEPA, Philip T. Frangos was also in town for the evening making it extra special for those in attendance. The evening concluded with recipients receiving pins and a group shot.
