Broomall, PA – America’s oldest Hellenic track meet will be hosted next week again, on May fourth, at Upper Darby h.s. For the 37 year now, the Greek community via it’s churches and organizations is invited to come out and enjoy a free day of fun and competition. The annual event is a cornerstone of the Greek-American community and AHEPA Thermopylae chapter 445.
Opening ceremony’s start at 1:00 at the high school field, where they will hand out medals and food. The annual event was renamed to AHEPA Thermopylae Chapter 445 Annual James D. Tanos – Theophilos Constantinidis Pan-Hellenic Track Meet several years ago to honor those that initiated the track meet.
