Anastasia Dinoulis of Egg Harbor Township passed away Monday, August 3, 2026, surrounded by her family. She was 80.
Dinoulis was born December 6, 1945, in Xinoneri, a village in the Karditsa region of Greece. She was the daughter of the late Fotios and Vagia Papaevagelou Anthimos. She married Kostas Dinoulis on July 5, 1970.
She worked for many years as a seamstress in Philadelphia. After moving to New Jersey with her husband, she spent about 20 years working as a waitress at Caesars and Trump Plaza in Atlantic City. She later worked as an aide at English Creek Academy for nine years before retiring in 2010.
Her family remembered her as generous, hardworking, and devoted to her faith. She enjoyed knitting, sewing, and cooking.
Dinoulis is survived by her husband, Kostas Dinoulis; her son, Jim Dinoulis; her brothers, Panagiotis and Elias Anthimos; her sister, Ritsa Sintrivanis; and her extended family.
A viewing will be held Friday, August 7, from 10 to 11 a.m. at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church, 13 South Mount Vernon Avenue in Atlantic City. The funeral service will begin at 11 a.m.
Burial will follow at Laurel Memorial Park Cemetery in Egg Harbor Township.
