Media, PA – The annual Pan-Macedonian Dance was hosted this past Saturday evening at St. George Greek Orthodox church. Scholarships and dance troupe performances highlighted the annual event for the Macedonian organization. Two recipients, Theodore Vasiliadis and Stefanos Papadopoulos each were recognized and awarded grants by George Maniatis for their educational studies.
Stoxos Entertainment then kicked off the evening with traditional and laiki music played throughout the evening for the guests and their families. That was followed by the Youth of Alexander the Great Spirit of Macedonia Dance group (Philadelphia) and the Megas Alexandros dance group of Boston, who captivated the crowd with their traditional folk dancing.
