Philadelphia, PA – The woman on the video promo declares, “Atlantis of Philadelphia – the greatest band… ever,” and why not? Most bands don’t last a few years, but after performing for thousands and thousands of events over a span of three decades, Atlantis of Philadelphia has truly earned a spot in the Greek Music Hall of Fame.
Atlantis of Philadelphia is celebrating their 30th anniversary in 2015 and what better way in commemorating this milestone but the release of their new EP, “Me Tous Aggelous,” their first recording in over fifteen years.
The new EP contains four cover songs uniquely arranged and performed by Atlantis, two original songs, “Me Tous Aggelous,” and “I Zoi Mou Thalassa,” written by the new sensational songwriting team of Ioanna Serekidou (lyricist) and Harry Karapalides (music), and an added seventh song bonus, the re-released 1998 original song, “Yia Sou, Baby!” The EP, “Me Tous Aggelous,” is a must for everyone’s music collection. Be part of history and the legacy that is Atlantis of Philadelphia.
