It’s the real deal. The Evangelismos Greek Food Festival hosted in northeast Philadelphia is all about tradition. From June 6th through the 9th 2019, the best Greek food in the area will be available. It’s homemade by its parishioner immigrants, so there’s no mistaking it. If you love spanakopita, pastitsio, moussaka, dolmadakia, and baklava, come and get it.
There will be live music and dancing by the youth throughout the weekend; traditional folk dancing will be performed by the Greek school students of Evangelismos. Enjoy a Greek Frappe while the next generation of Greek Americans performs. You can clap along to live music or get up and dance.
The Big Raffle will take place on Sunday, June 9th at 8:00 pm. Women’s handbags, Michael Kors & Calvin Klein, will be drawn to help fund the church. Come out and support the community and be part of their family.
