Eirini Sidiropoulos (née Andreadou), 63, of Newtown Square, passed away on February 12, 2026.
Born in Veria, she was the daughter of the late Andreas and Alexandra Efstathiadou Andreadis. In 1997, she immigrated to the United States and made Philadelphia her home. She built a life centered on family, faith, and the traditions she brought from Greece.
Eirini was a devoted member of St. George Greek Orthodox Church. Like many women of her generation, she expressed love through hospitality. Her kitchen was always open. The table was never empty. She was known for preparing traditional Greek meals for her family and friends, bringing people together in the way only food can.
She found peace outdoors, taking walks and enjoying nature. She loved to sing and dance to Pontian music, a connection to her roots that stayed strong throughout her life. Traveling across Greece and swimming in its waters were close to her heart. Above all, she treasured time with her family, especially her grandchildren, who were the center of her world.
She is survived by her loving husband, Christodoulos “Chris” Sidiropoulos; her children, Lazarus (Polixeni), Iosif (Asimina), and Alexandra; and her grandchildren, Sokratis and Maria. She was the sister of the late Athanasios Andreadis.
