The Evangelismos Greek Fall Food Festival takes place in Northeast Philadelphia from September 28 through 30, 2018. It features authentic Greek cuisine like gyros, spinach pie, pastitsio, moussaka, and dolmades. Their food is all homemade by its parishioners who have brought the traditional recipes all the way from their homes in Greece.
There will be live music and dancing on Saturday, featuring Christos Gogidis. Also, the Greek school students of Evangelismos will perform traditional folk dancing. Enjoy a Greek Frappe while the next generation of Greek Americans performs. You can clap along to the live music or get up and dance.
Several raffles will be drawn as well on Sunday, September 30, at 7:00 pm. Come out and support the community and be part of their family.
