Cherry Hill, NJ – The GOYA basketball playoffs were a mirror reflection of what took place in the NFL yesterday. Three of the four teams holding the lead seed positions advanced. The shocker, was the girls matchup at game three. It featured the St. George girls (3-4) as the 5 seed, vs. the number 1 seed and undefeated Holy Trinity Girls (6-0) of Egg Harbor. The St. George girls pulled a big upset over the reigning champs and advanced to go on to the championship.
