Helen Spilliotis, 100, of East Norriton, PA, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 28, 2025. Born on February 27, 1925, in Washington, D.C., she was the daughter of Spinelli and Konstantina (Fegaras) Spilliotis and spent most of her life in the city she loved, cherishing its rhythm, the cherry blossoms each spring, and the timeless beauty of its monuments.
To her family, Helen was far more than an aunt. She was a “second mom,” a constant presence whose warmth and care left a lasting mark on generations. She is survived by her nieces Connie, Barbara, and Beth; her nephew Charles; seven great-nieces and nephews; and ten great-great-nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sister, Niki Crits.
Relatives and friends are invited to pay their respects beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 4, at Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, 7921 Old York Road, Elkins Park, PA 19027. The funeral service will follow at 10:30 a.m., with interment at Laurel Hill West Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made to Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church at the address above, in loving memory of Helen.
