John Aivazoglou, the President of Hellenic Hearts, recently discussed the organization’s forthcoming events with Cosmos Philly. The annual Gala is scheduled at Ellis Preserve on Sunday, June 4, 2023. Proceeds from the event will support The Filodoxia Scholar Program, Emergency Financial Aid, Hellenic College Holy Cross, the National Hellenic Society, and the Oxi Day Foundation.

A key highlight of the Gala will be the presentation of the Philotimo Award to Drake G. Behrakis. Behrakis serves as Chairman of the National Hellenic Society, a Trustee of Boston College, The American College of Greece, a board member of the Hellenic Initiative Inc., an Archon of the Ecumenical Patriarchate, and Leadership 100.
