With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Maria Calombaris Adamidis on September 6, 2025, in Media, Pennsylvania.
Maria was the devoted wife of Konstandinos (Kostas) Adamidis, cherished mother of Kristy and Sonia, and loving sister to Evangelos (Van) and Violetta. She was also a proud godmother and cousin, remembered by her extended family for her unwavering faith, kindness, and generosity. Maria was the beloved granddaughter of Helen and George Morakis, whose memory and example of family devotion shaped her life.
A woman of deep Orthodox Christian faith, Maria’s life was defined by compassion, strength, and hospitality. She found joy in serving others, whether through church life, family gatherings, or quiet acts of support for friends and neighbors. She leaves behind a legacy of love and faithfulness that will endure through all who were blessed to know her.
