Deptford, NJ – He mingles, smiles and gets them groovin’ with a “Shake it baby”. Yianni Papastefanou loves his job and it’s obvious. Adelphia Restaurant hosted Yianni Papastefanou & his Orchestra in what appears to be a tradition in the making “Greek Nights” at Adelphia. It’s still yet to be seen, but every once in a while the Greeks come out at night for drinking, dancing and great music. The south Jersey hub is a gathering point for Greeks, for just about every occasion.
