A child rests on a traditional wagon decorated with folk art. On August 15th, during the Dormition of the Virgin Mary, male residents of Siatista parade with their horses down to a chapel in the plain and then return with the icon of the Panagia. During the feast and celebration that follow, the men dance on the backs of their horses, while local wine flows freely, even for their equine friends.
