Cherry Hill, NJ – They danced all night this past Saturday at St. Thomas Greek School, where students from kindergarten through 6th grade took the stage to perform traditional folk dances from across Greece.
Parents and grandparents filled the hall, snapping photos and applauding proudly as the young dancers brought each region’s music and steps to life. The energy didn’t stop there; after the student performances, the celebration opened up to the whole community.
Atlantis of Philadelphia played a lively mix of Greek and American music, keeping the dance floor busy into the evening. This year’s event set a record with nearly 500 people coming together to celebrate heritage, family, and Hellenic pride.
