Theodora was a source of inspiration to her family and friends who loved her and will always be remembered for her kindness and infectious smile and laugh. After graduating West Chester Bayard Rustin High School, Theodora was pursuing a career as a make-up artist and had recently enrolled in a cosmetology program.
