September 10, 2013, Upper Darby, Pa. – With smiling faces and great pride the Greek school of St. Demetrios Greek opened it’s doors this past Tuesday. “Welcome back, I missed you.” With those words, Father Nektarios of St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox church greeted the students and families. Principal Androula Kasapi along with her staff will handle some 75 students that will attend classes twice a week through till June. Following a blessing, students filed into their classrooms where Cosmos Philly stopped in and asked the students about returning to Greek school.
