Cherry Hill, NJ. Independence Day weekend for the Greek community began yesterday at the Kousoulis Center of St. Thomas.
The Greek school students performed historic themes of independence, sang patriotic songs, and recited poetry as a full room of family and friends looked on. Under the direction of their teachers, the children also performed dances from regions across Greece.
Among the guests was Neophytos J. Constantinou, Consul Congressional Liaison of Cyprus, who joined in celebrating the occasion.
