Philadelphia’s 1st Greek Federation meeting of the season took place this past week at Evangelismos Greek Orthodox Church in Northeast Philadelphia. More 20 members of the Greek community representing the areas associations and churches attended the meeting. On the agenda were the the Independence day parade and a youth sponsorship project. Local students are planning a youth conference for this fall in Philadelphia. The Federation announced that it would sponsor the event. Details to come.
