John (Lambros) Liadis born in Kathamila, Chios Greece, residing in Wilmington, DE, passed away Tuesday, May 31st, 2016, at the age of 92. Survived by his wife Mary of 63 years, daughters Irene (spouse Theodore Papas) and Johanna (spouse William Krajewski), their grandchildren Christina (husband George Boyd), Dean (Papas), Gregory (Krajewski) and Alexia (Krajewski) and great-grandsons Ryan (Boyd) and Christian (Boyd).
Beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather was a decorated WWII war veteran and a true hero who will be remembered for his bravery, generosity, selflessness, and exceptional kindness to his fellow man.
Pappou was devoted to his family and cherished every moment he spent with them; he will be remembered, and he will be missed. May his memory be eternal.
