Upper Darby, PA – Rip City, Kings, and Wolfpack Cruise to Victory Before Holiday Break

Thursday night action at St. Demetrios saw three decisive wins as Rip City, The Kings, and The Wolfpack each closed out strong performances heading into the PGBL holiday break.

Game 1: Wolfpack 78 – Warriors 40
The Wolfpack wasted no time setting the tone, dominating from start to finish. Their defense shut down the Warriors’ rhythm, while the offense flowed with ease, leading to one of their most complete performances of the season.

Game 2: Kings 69 – Sixers 53
In game two, the Kings took care of business against the Sixers. Their veteran leadership and balanced scoring helped them control the pace throughout. Despite some pushback from the Sixers in the second half, the Kings maintained their composure and pulled away late.

Game 3: Rip City 60 – Mavericks 31
Rip City wrapped up the night with a commanding win over the Mavericks. They controlled the boards, forced turnovers, and never allowed the Mavs to find any rhythm offensively. The victory keeps Rip City firmly in the playoff picture.

The league will pause next week for the holiday break and return with renewed intensity. With the playoff race tightening, every game in the second half of the season will matter.
