Philadelphia, PA – The Greek American Heritage Society of Philadelphia (GAHSP) and Cosmos Philly today announce that a film about the history of Greek soccer in the Philadelphia area will be release this winter. The film will feature members of the community, teams and it’s historic roots.
The GAHSP is working to preserve and perpetuate the history of the Greek-American community along with it’s partner Cosmos Philly. This past year, GAHSP and CP began an interview series with members of the community. The interviews are part of an effort to capture, preserve and share our history. It is one of the many projects on the road to creating a digital library about Greeks in the Philadelphia area.
