Honorees at the 2025 Eleftheria Gala in Philadelphia.

The Eleftheria Gala will take place on Saturday, April 25, at the Pennsylvania Convention Center as part of the Philadelphia Greek Independence Day celebrations organized by the Federation of Hellenic-American Societies of Philadelphia and Greater Delaware Valley.

The event will be held in the Grand Ballroom at 1201 Arch Street, beginning with a cocktail reception at 5:00 PM, followed by dinner at 6:00 PM.

The gala serves as the formal gathering of the weekend, bringing together community leaders, supporters of the parade, and representatives of local organizations. This year’s program will honor Eleftheria Medal recipient Steve Kontos, with Mike Emanuel serving as master of ceremonies.

Entertainment will be provided by the Marcantonis Band, joined by Greek recording artist Christina Miliou.

Tickets and additional information are available through the event organizers.
