In a highly anticipated showdown, defending champions Evangelismos of Bustleton faced off against the undefeated Annunciation of Elkins Park. Despite a strong effort from Evangelismos, Elkins Park dominated the court and came away with a decisive 64–43 victory.
The win marks Annunciation’s first GOYA championship title since the 2006–2007 season, capping off their perfect run with a statement performance.
