Williamstown, NJ – The Danielle Kousoulis Memorial Cup Fundraiser hosted its final event this past Monday afternoon. Friends and guests came to Scotland Run Golf one last time to remember Danielle, who was lost at the 9-11 tragedy in New York.

When guests spoke, they described Danielle as vibrant and full of life. The MC of the banquet said, “although I didn’t know her personally, I understand who she was and how she was the life of the party-by being here.” Smiles filled the room during the introduction. Faith Hagerty, Danielle’s sister, also addressed the crowd and spoke about Danielle’s life and how the scholarship would benefit future students.

Proceeds from the event will be awarded as scholarships in honor of her life. A high school student at her alma mater (Haddon Twp H.S.) and a Greek school student at St. Thomas Greek Orthodox Church in Cherry Hill, NJ, where she was a member and grew up, will be elected to be the recipients of the annual recipients.

Danielle Kousoulis grew up in Haddon, twp. and was a member of St. Thomas Greek Orthodox Church in Cherry Hill, where the community center is named in honor of her.
