Moorestown, NJ – A perfect sunset on a farm was the setting for a Grecian meal that left you reflecting on the summer gone by this weekend. Kuzina by Sofia hosted it’s second annual Dinner and Glendi on the farm, al fresco this past Sunday.

Sofia Karakasidou-Khoury and Assad Khoury, owners of the establishment, are known for their authentic Greek food and their hospitality in South Jersey. On this particular Sunday, they took their food on the road. A fabulous 4 course dinner, prepared on site by chef Sofia Karakasidou-Khoury and assisted by chef Tony Kavalieros, featuring trahana proto piato, dakos salad, a variety of lamb, chicken, beef and pork kontosouvli with all the accompaniments and homemade dessert.

Hosted at the Burlington County Agricultural Center, the event brought together some 75 guests to experience a four course Grecian dinner-delight that was started with champagne cocktails. The Stoxos Greek band added the music of Greece that rounded the dining experience into a night to remember.
