Alexandra Skoures, daughter of Apostolos and Fotini Zofolis, passed away on Friday, July 29th.

Alexandra was born in Ioannina, Greece and at the age of 18 came to the US where she continued her education and earned a degree in Banking.

She was an active member of Saint George Cathedral serving in the Philoptochos Society and Youth Adult League as well myriad volunteer activities.

Alexandra was proud of her heritage and committed to the Greek Orthodox faith. She was a giving and selfless person, always putting others first. She supported numerous charities and engaged in countless philanthropic endeavors both locally and abroad, including Panagia Voithia and Saint Anthimos Church in Chios, Greece. She was an active member of her community and Wrightstown Township, where her homemade Greek sweets brought smiles to many faces.

She lived in Bucks County with her adoring husband of over 50 years, the love of her life, Alexander. Together, they were the perfect couple, known as “Alex and Alex.” They raised two loving children, Tina Maria and Evan who married Steve Vaganos and Brooke Young respectively and gave their parents five incredible grandchildren, Kristen, Alexis, Alexander, Peyton, and Sommer.
