Upper Darby, PA – St. Demetrios Greek School opened its doors to the new year this past Friday. Students were excited to get back to school and shared their thoughts on the upcoming year and what they hope to accomplish.
More than a hundred students attend St. Demetrios Greek school, which is long regarded as one of the most rigorous Greek academic programs inside the archdiocese. Classes run on Tuesday and Friday for 2 ½ hours each evening. Language, history, dancing, religion, and culture are all part of this student program.
