Elkins Park, PA – It’s one big happy family in a neighborhood that keeps people coming back year after year. The Greek Food Festival at Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church now in its 40th season is a place that unites a community and kicks off the unofficial summer season.
Greek Folk dancing, homemade food, church tours and carnival games & rides are all part of this beautiful four-day affair that closes out today. But many of the attendees say its really the parishioners and the sense of home. That’s why they keep coming back to this festival. We heard it over and over again from many of the guests. This festival is part of who we are.
