Philadelphia, PA – The annual flag raising ceremony sponsored by the Federation of Hellenic American Societies of Philadelphia and Greater Delaware Valley was hosted city hall in Philadelphia on Friday afternoon. Dignitaries, organizations and ecclesiastic leaders joined together with the general public for this historic event.
