Philadelphia, PA – Thank you. The message was simple. “I want to thank all of you for another successful year. As we continue on our path, your support continues to be the reason Hellenic Hearts is here to for our community”, said Founder John Aivazoglou.
On Saturday evening, guests and friends of Hellenic Hearts gathered for their second annual thank you dinner at Estia Restaurant. The casual affair hosted by Hellenic Hearts provided a relaxed atmosphere for its members to unite and get to know each other. And, as a way to say thank you for what you do. Guests enjoyed a meal, dancing and hearing about the future of Hellenic Hearts via its leadership.
Several speakers representing Hellenic Hearts addressed the crowd and echoed similar messages to those of its founder. Timothy Vlassopoulos, Director of Scholarships, Louie Karapanagiotides Director of the Education Guidance Program, and Dr. Niki Mendrinos or Rosemont College and a board member each reflected on the year, the programs and the future of the organization.
Hellenic Hearts is a nonprofit organization created to establish a need-based safety net for Hellenes in the Greater Philadelphia area.
