July 19th 2012. Cosmos Philly’s photographer Eleftherios Kostans visited and captured the raw energy at Club Lit Ultra bar last week with his camera, where some of the Greek community gathered to dance the night away to House music.
Thursday evening in Philadelphia, at Club Lit Ultra Bar on 2nd street, DJ Yonny made his Philadelphia debut. Concert promotors, Wondrom also featured Pauly van Doorrn with opening set by DJ DubRock. Lit is Philadelphia’s home to house music. It Brings the top DJS/Producers to the city every month. The club has already had some of the largest names in the industry play there including Tiësto, Tommy Trash, & Cosmic Gate. The state-of-the-art sound and lighting system will make any night at Lit one you won’t forget.
The evening opened with PvD, a well-known artist in Washington DC, who mixed at some of the most exclusive clubs. His love for music and enthusiasm kept the crowd jumping.
At 1:30 am, DJ Yonny, an up and coming force in the entertainment business took over. Known for not sticking to the norm this DJ who began as a competition turntablist, (28 year old/ NY native)with roots in hip-hop set the crowed jumping. His relentless work ethic has scored him national club appearances, an international tour, and a radio career in the largest market in the US.
Greek-American promotor, Nikolaos Hatziefstathiou, owner of Wondrom produced the event that attracted many young people from inside the Greek community.
