West Chester’s Demetrios “Meme” Stavropoulos, co-founder of DeStarr’s Family Restaurant and member of St. Luke’s Church, has died at 91.

William “Bill” Soufflas of Broomall passed away on November 3, 2025, at the age of 92. A U.S. Army veteran and lifelong restaurateur, he was known for his kindness and love of cooking.

Stella Pahides, 90, of Churchville, passed away on October 30, 2025. Services will be held on November 7 at Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church.

Anna Constantinou (née Macrogeane) passed away on November 3, 2025, at the age of 91. She will be remembered for her faith, warmth, and devotion to her family.

Helen Spilliotis, 100, of East Norriton, passed away on October 28, 2025. A lifelong Washingtonian, she was remembered as a devoted “second mom” whose warmth touched generations.

Isidoros “Izzy” Frangakis dedicated his life to family, faith, and the DeLuxe Diner community in Reading. He passed away October 22, 2025, surrounded by loved ones.

Tilemahos “Telly” Kamberogiannis of Broomall passed away on October 10, 2025. Born in Vythos, Greece, he is remembered for his faith, warmth, and devotion to family.

Steve Statis, 72, of Hamilton Township, NJ, passed away on October 3. Born in Rhodes, he was known for his warmth and love of family and community.

Mary Liounis of Toms River, born in Kalloni, Mytilene, passed away peacefully at 82. Funeral services will be held at Saint Barbara Greek Orthodox Church.

Catherine V. Loupos, a beloved sister, aunt, and devoted educator, passed away peacefully in Freehold, NJ, on October 2, 2025, at the age of 87.

Elizabeth Valis, 96, beloved teacher, will be remembered for her faith, kindness, and love of family at services on October 3 in Toms River, NJ.
