Middletown, PΑ – They do it all for money and the love of soccer. The Rose Tree Soccer Club of Media hosted its 10th Cup Tournament on Sunday at Sleighton Park soccer field. Now, after two and a half years they’ve managed to raise a total of twelve thousand dollars for the Rose Tree Youth Program.
The rainy weather couldn’t keep these middle-aged fans of the sport indoors. They came together like they always do, for a friendly series of matches. At the end of the day, one team, Rooneys Army claimed this falls winter cup over Dancing Cat. British Forest and Take No Prisoners filled in the other positions.
