The parishioners of St. Luke will be hosting their annual “St. Luke’s Care Walk” on Sunday, May 7th at Wilson Farm Park in Wayne PA, to support the Cooley’s Anemia Foundation. It’s a perfect way to spend the morning with your family and support community efforts.
Cooley’s Anemia is a genetic blood disorder that affects many in the Greek community. People affected with this disease require regular blood transfusions and aggressive management of chronic iron overload, the predominant cause of early death. This event will promote awareness, raise funds that will go towards Thalassemia patients and help find a cure!
