Sophia Galanos passed away peacefully surrounded by her family and loved ones on February 18, 2019.
Beloved wife of the late Leonidas. Loving mother of Irene (Paul), Francesca, and Themis (Jacqueline). Devoted yiayia of Christina (Jeremiah), Themis (Heidi), Joanna (Gregory), Elizabeth( Robert), Alexandra, Sophia, Joseph, Michael, Louie, Christina, Rosie, Leo, and Angela. Great grandmother of Audrey, Luke, Preston, Andrew, Emelia, Alexander, Layna, and John Quincy.
Her funeral service will be Saturday 12 noon, at St. Luke Greek Orthodox Church, 35 N. Malin Rd, Broomall, PA 19008. Viewing is 11:15 am to 12 noon prior to service. Interment Fernwood Cemetery.
