Upper Darby, PA – The signs of Greece are all around, as you walk through the Greek Festival at St Demetrios Greek Orthodox church. From May 15 to the 18 watch as the grounds and community become transformed. Fresh baked sweets, made by it’s parishioners are featured just as you enter the big tent on the grounds of St. Demetrios. Inside the church gym a full dinner menu of traditional Greek food can be picked a la carte or as a package meal. Curbside take out and live music performed by Atlantis of Philadelphia will featured throughout the weekend. And of course, premium Greek dancing by St. Demetrios own dance troupe along with other churches will be available to be seen all weekend long. Come out and enjoy the St. Demetrios Greek Festival on the corner of Marshall rd and Powell lane, in Upper Darby.
